The search for a missing vulnerable person continued on Cave Hill, outside Belfast, today. For 5 hours, over 20 members of North West Mountain Rescue Team tramped the dangerous and….given the horrendous weather conditions of rain and thick mist….treacherous terrain on the steep ground below McArt’s Fort…to no avail. It was the first time that all three of the new vehicles were used on an incident and we were glad of their capabilities. The search may continue tomorrow.
